David B. Page, MA, is an award-winning photographer, woodcut printmaker, and graphic designer. Educated in the Sciences at Lawrence University and in the Arts at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, he now lives in San Francisco.
David has traveled through five continents, backpack style, capturing compelling portraits and landscapes. His photographs have appeared in the Wilderness Travel Catalogue, Islands Magazine, Bay Nature Magazine, corporate publications and have been used by the Planning and Conservation League, Earthday, NY, and the Sierra Club.
He has self-published half a dozen books: A Very Dry Place, Them, Golden Gate Bridge-75 Years and 75 Views, Spring Sprang Sprung, Zee-dom, and Yosemite. The imagery for two books about Ethiopia, one about trekking to Mount Everest, and one about the Sierra Nevadas await the writing muse (or a collaborator. Anyone? Anyone...)
